Experience the magic of the ‘Touch the Clouds Festival 2024’: Germany’s biggest pole vault event, taking place from 31 May to 2 June in Gräfelfing! Over 250 top athletes will compete on three days of competition on three Vennekel pole vault mats. Be there when young talents and world-class athletes demonstrate their skills in front of more than 1000 spectators as well as state and national coaches.
For the first time as part of the World Athletics Continental Tour, world ranking points will be awarded to the athletes in the main competitions – an additional motivational boost for the athletes and extra excitement for the spectators. Matthias Schimmelpfennig, the creative and tireless mastermind behind the festival, has put together a dedicated team of over 80 helpers to make this event an unforgettable experience for athletes and spectators alike.
Vennekel is proud to be an integral part of the Touch the Clouds Festival as a supplier of three pole vault facilities and also of the TSV Gräfelfing e. V. for many years. This year, Vennekel is also supporting the meeting as sponsor of the bronze category.
In addition to the exciting competitions, the festival offers a varied supporting programme with a trial pole vault mat, a climbing tower, a viewing basket that is lifted to dizzying heights by a mobile crane and many other side acts.
